Have the following information available when you apply for a Chase Select loan:

• Full name
• Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Permanent address and number of years there
• Home telephone number
• Monthly rent or housing payment amount
• Employment information
• Gross annual income
• Reference information including name, address and telephone number of the nearest relative or friend not living with you (this person must be different than your cosigner’s reference, if applicable)
