There are three ways to be removed from this Chase Panel:
- Click on the opt out link provided on the footer of any email communication from the Chase Panel.
- Log in to the "My Profile" tab of this website and click on the opt out link. If you do not know your password, you can request it be re-set.
- Use the "Contact Us" link at the top of this website to submit your request. Note that we will update your preferences within 10 business days; however, you may receive previously initiated communications during that period by submitting your request through "Contact Us".
Please note, this only removes you from the Chase Panel and does not remove you from any other communications you may receive as a Chase customer.
