For security purposes, you must be enrolled in Chase Online to access account information and perform banking transactions through the Chase Mobile App.

To get started, simply go to the Chase Mobile App and log on. We'll prompt you to verify that you own the accounts you want to access from your phone. To do this, you'll need to request an Identification Code, which we'll send to you by phone, email or text message, depending on the delivery method you selected. When you receive your Identification Code, you can use it to complete the identification process and log on to the Chase Mobile App.

After your fifth invalid logon attempt, your access to the Chase Mobile App will be locked. To reset your password, you can log on to Chase.com from your personal computer or contact the Internet Service Center at 1-877-CHASEPC (1-877-242-7372).
Yes, your Chase Mobile App session will time out after 12 minutes. To avoid timing out, please ensure you are active in the session after you've logged on.
You can see the same Chase checking, savings, money market, investment, credit card, business, home equity, auto and mortgage accounts you access on Chase OnlineSM using your Chase Mobile App.
If you have a student loan, you won't be able to log on through the Chase Mobile App unless you have other Chase account types as well.

Chase QuickDeposit is a service that allows you to take pictures of checks with your BlackBerry Smartphone and send the images electronically to Chase for deposit.
To use Chase QuickDeposit, take a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check. You can use the Chase Mobile App to transmit an electronic image of the check to Chase, thereby depositing the funds into your Chase checking or savings account. We'll store the check images online for secure, accurate and efficient record keeping.
You may submit your deposits at any time and may include one check in a single deposit. You can submit as many deposits as you need to each day, up to $2,000 per account. There is a $5,000 monthly limit per account for deposits made with Chase QuickDeposit. If you're a Private Bank client, you can submit up to $25,000 per day and $100,000 per month.

Note: Please remember to endorse the check before you scan it. If you don't, the payor's bank may choose not to pay it, and the deposit credit to your account will be reversed.
Once you've scanned and submitted your deposit, you should mark the checks as having been deposited and store them in a secure location until you destroy them. There are no laws or regulations that specify any length of time you need to keep the original checks. We recommend that you destroy the original checks immediately after the deposits have been posted to your account.
