To update your contact information online (e.g., your mailing address, email or phone number), log in to your account and click "Change mailing address, phone and/or email."
You can select the accounts you'd like to update when you change your contact information online.
If you update your phone number and address online, we'll immediately update all your Chase credit card accounts. Please note that if your current statement is in the mail or has already been processed, your statement may be sent to your previous address. All future statements will be sent to your new address.
To verify that your mailing address is accurate, log in to your account, go to the Customer Center, and click "Change mailing address, phone and/or email." If your mailing address is accurate, most likely we updated your address after we processed your statement or sent it by mail. We'll send all future statements to your new address.
