We're committed to helping our customers impacted by natural disasters. We can walk you through your options for relief and help you navigate the recovery process.

We want to help support your recovery if you were affected by {event name}. We’ve already waived late fees for {month} for all customers in {location}.

 When you can focus on your mortgage payment and insurance, here’s what you should know:

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING YOUR PAYMENTS, we can work with you.

 If you’re in a FEMA-declared county for individual assistance:

  • You don’t need to call us. When we see that you’re not making your payments, we'll call you to see how we can help. Of course, you can call us at 1-888-356-0023.
  • We won’t charge you any late fees through {90 days end month}.
  • We won’t report late payments to the credit-reporting agencies through {90 days end month}, but we won’t change information we’ve already reported.
  • We need you to keep your information up to date so we can get in touch with you:
    • Update your mailing address, email and cell phone number on the Chase Mobile app®, chase.com or at a Chase branch.

HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY:

  • Call your homeowner’s insurance agent or company to discuss your situation. Ask whether you should make a claim.
  • If you decide to file a claim, we’ll walk you through the process at chase.com/insuranceclaim
  • If you are in a FEMA-declared disaster zone and are concerned that you don’t have enough insurance on your home, or the right coverage, please visit the following sites for additional resources:
