Using Text Banking

Description: A mobile device is shown against a silver white background. On the mobile device screen we see a number of different icons for applications. The Chase Mobile icon is among the available apps. The view pans in closer. The mobile device native messaging application is opened and a new message is composed. In the To field, the numbers 24273 are entered. B-A-L is entered into the message text field. The Send button is highlighted and clicked.

Voice of Narrator: If you want to check your account balances, payment due dates, transaction history, and more – they’re just a text message away. Simply compose a new message using your mobile phone’s text message application.

No matter which Chase account you’d like to access, always send your message to “242-73” or Chase on your keypad. You can add this number to your contacts for easy access in the future.

For example, say you want to view your account balance; simply enter “bal” and hit Send.

Description: A mobile device is shown against a silver white background. On the mobile device screen we see a text message from 24273 with a sample message. Two account balances are sent. The account nicknames are displayed, followed by the word "avail" and then a balance in monetary value is displayed. The text message field is updated. In the sample, B-A-L space C-H-K-1 is entered into the message field and the message is sent. Chase returns the text message. The message contains the account nickname, followed by the word AVAIL and then a balance in monetary value is displayed.

Voice of Narrator: Chase will reply back with your latest account balances. How easy is that?

To see the balance for only one of your accounts, text “bal”, space and then the account nickname.

Forgot your nicknames? No problem. Just text “nick” to “242-73” and Chase will send them to you right away.

Description: The text message field is updated. In the sample, "nick" is entered into the message field and the message is sent. Chase returns the text message. The message contains the account name, last four digits of the account number, and the account nickname.

Voice of Narrator: To see the list of commands, text “command” to the same number.

Description: The text message field is updated. In the sample, "command" is entered into the message field and the message is sent. Chase returns the text message. The message is in 2 parts. The available commands are displayed in the message. The view begins to pan outward. The scene changes. The young woman is now on her mobile device. As she begins to put down her phone, she is greeted by a friend and they hug.

Voice of Narrator: And that’s how Chase makes banking as easy as sending a text. So You Can get back to doing what you love. Chase. So You Can.

Description: The Chase logo moves very quickly from the foreground and stops against a white background. The words So You Can slide out of the logo on the right side, toward the right. The logo then slides out to the left and the words Text Banking Get Started Today are seen on the screen.

Voice of Narrator: Enroll today, and start enjoying the convenience and security of text banking.
