Our dedicated customer service hotline is open to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-877-469-0110. Overseas: 1-318-340-3308 (collect). TDD: 1-800-582-0542.
Beyond the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
- Interest rates 2% lower than SCRA requires — If you are up-to-date on mortgage payments, you could lower your interest rate to 4% while on active duty and for a year afterward.
- Rates as low as 1% if you're having trouble paying your mortgage — The Chase Mortgage Assistance Program could lower the SCRA rate or modify your rate to reduce it to as low as 1% if you qualify.
- Foreclosure protection — Chase will not foreclose on your home if you're deployed on active duty or SCRA-protected — even if you're behind on your mortgage payments. This protection applies regardless of when your mortgage began. And we'll honor this protection for one year following active duty or until your SCRA-protected status ends.
- Mortgage advice from our Homeownership Assistance Program — You can learn about the many mortgage options at any Chase Homeownership Center located across the country. And while all locations offer comprehensive help with interest rates, payments and ways to avoid foreclosure, those near military bases are staffed with Customer Assistance Representatives who are specifically trained to address SCRA and Chase military programs.
