Inside access at the PGA Championship
Chase Sapphire cardmembers get the VIP treatment at the PGA Championship.
To celebrate 100 years of the PGA Championship, Chase Sapphire headed to Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis to give cardmembers exclusive access to one of the greatest golf tournaments in the country. With their Chase Sapphire card in hand, guests received an inside look at all the action with hospitality at the Chase Sapphire Cardmember Club and Chase Sapphire Chalet, located on the tenth hole.
Throughout the day, guests cooled off in the air-conditioned Chase Sapphire Cardmember Club, took advantage of the Club's food and drink menu, and nestled in a prime spot featuring a birdie's eye view of the course. Cardmembers could also stay connected to the action inside and outside the tournament with large televisions and complimentary WiFi. And for the cherry on top, golf enthusiasts had the opportunity to snap a selfie with the Wanamaker Trophy.
The celebrity sightings stretched far beyond the putting green. LPGA Tour golfer Cristie Kerr sat down with Chase to discuss her career, budding wine company, and, of course, golf. Top Chef winner Joe Flamm also kicked off the week with a live cooking demonstration.
Fortunately, the fun's not slowing down anytime soon. Chase Sapphire is teeing up for more insider access at Bethpage Black for the 2019 PGA Championship. It's the cardmembers' equivalent to a hole in one.
