Chase Strategic Portfolio is professionally managed and provides a range of investment vehicles such as mutual funds, individual stocks and bonds, as well as exchange traded funds, within an asset allocation program tailored to your risk tolerance, investment objective, time horizon and level of investable assets.
J.P. Morgan’s Global Access Investment Team allocates portfolio assets and manages risk, drawing on decades of experience as well as J.P. Morgan’s global resources. Today, the same resources and investment solutions are available to you through Chase Strategic Portfolio.
The Global Access Investment Team provides both the strategic (long-term planning) and tactical (more frequent adjustments based on market opportunities) asset allocation models that you may choose from, based on your risk tolerance and time horizon. The tactical adjustments will be made for you in your account.
The investment vehicles chosen for each account are researched and monitored on a regular basis by J.P. Morgan’s Manager Selection Team which has a disciplined process for evaluating investment managers. The research process is focused on a review of both qualitative and quantitative factors — factors that are designed to deliver a wealth of detailed information about the investment products available to you.
Mutual Fund Advisory Account
We embed the strategic asset allocation guidance from J.P. Morgan’s Global Access Investment Team based on your risk tolerance and investment objective.
With this type of account, you can work with your Financial Advisor to select the right mix of mutual funds and exchange traded funds, based on the asset allocation model that best meets your needs.
You maintain a level of control over the ongoing decisions to re-allocate your assets according to your risk tolerance and objectives.
Like the Chase Strategic Portfolio, all of the investment vehicles available for this type of account are reviewed and evaluated by J.P. Morgan’s Manager Selection Team, with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative factors.
Portfolio Manager Program
This managed account program works a bit differently than the others in that it offers you access to selected professional portfolio managers.
You work with your Financial Advisor to determine your asset allocation needs and then select portfolio managers based on your investment objectives.
Each portfolio manager directs and transacts all necessary trading activity in the account as they see fit, without you having to get involved with the day-to-day decision-making.
Chase has the ability to remove or replace managers as necessary, on your behalf.
The manager selection process is rigorous, time intensive and dynamic.
