To notify Chase about an unauthorized transaction, please call Telephone Banking at 1-800-242-7338 or visit any Chase Branch and complete our Debit Card Statement of Dispute. Your account will be credited by the end of the next business day as we resolve the unauthorized transaction dispute. Final credit to your account is subject to verification.
Security Alerts: On checking accounts are set 24 hours a day 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified in the alert setup process, and will arrive within minutes of being triggered by the situation you requested to be alerted of.
