Why should I partner with Chase to implement this technology?

Our Chase Retail Checkout was the first in the U.S. to be certified to accept both contact and contactless EMV transactions for Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We have been supporting chip technology in Canada for several years, and we are playing an active role in ensuring businesses are ready during the transition.

How can I contact Chase to make the transition smoother?

If you are a current Chase customer and would like to upgrade your terminals, call 1-800-533-4912 for live support, or fill out a form to be contacted by a representative. If you are interested in switching to Chase, you can learn more about our EMV solutions by calling 1-800-708-3740 or by submitting a request to be contacted. If you’re new to Chase, you may qualify to get a free EMV-enabled terminal. When it comes to activating your equipment, Chase can work directly with you and your technology integrators to upgrade and EMV-certify your POS software.
