Do I still earn the same card rewards when I use Chase Pay®?

Any purchases made using Chase Pay earn the same rewards you’d get by using your card at checkout.

How can I start using Chase Pay?

When you download the Chase Pay app, you will be enrolled upon sign-in and can then use Chase Pay on your phone and online.


If you only want to use Chase Pay online without downloading the app, you can enroll in Chase Pay by signing into your Chase account and clicking “Chase Pay” on your Chase dashboard (under “Pay and Transfer”).

Where can I use Chase Pay?

You can use Chase Pay wherever you see the Chase Pay logo in-store and online. If you have a Samsung device, you can use Chase Pay anywhere Samsung Pay is accepted.

Can I use Chase Pay to pay merchants outside of the U.S.?

If you have a Samsung device, you can use Chase Pay with Samsung Pay and pay any international merchant that accepts Samsung Pay.

How do I manage my Chase Pay settings?

Update your settings by signing in to, clicking on your account, choosing "More settings" and then "Chase Pay." You can also update your settings in the "Manage" section of the Chase Pay app.

How do I unenroll from Chase Pay?

You can unenroll from Chase Pay on by signing in to your account, clicking "More Settings" and choosing "Chase Pay" from the left-hand navigation. You can also call the number on the back of your card.

How do I use my offers?

Most offers automatically apply at checkout, but some offers need activating first. See offer details for more info. At this time, offers don't work with tap and pay transactions in-store and at the pump.

Why can’t I use Chase Pay?

Currently, Chase Pay doesn’t accept business credit cards, business debit cards or Mastercard® cards.


Also, if you have both personal and non-individual accounts (e.g., business and/or trust) with Chase that use the same username, you can’t use Chase Pay at this time.
