Do I still earn the same card rewards when I use Chase Pay®?

How do I enroll in Chase Pay?

Enrolling in Chase Pay is easy—just download the app and sign in.


To use Chase Pay online, simply sign in at chase.com, choose "Pay & transfer" and choose "Chase Pay" to get started. 

 

Where can I use Chase Pay?

You can use Chase Pay wherever you see the Chase Pay logo in-store and online. If you have a Samsung device, you can use Chase Pay anywhere Samsung Pay is accepted.

Can I use Chase Pay to pay merchants outside of the U.S.?

If you have a Samsung device, you can use Chase Pay with Samsung Pay and pay any international merchant that accepts Samsung Pay.

How do I manage my Chase Pay settings?

Update your settings by signing in at chase.com, choosing your account, then "More settings" and "Chase Pay." You can also update your Chase Pay app settings in the "Manage" section of the app.

How do I unenroll from Chase Pay?

You can unenroll from Chase Pay at chase.com by signing in, clicking "More settings" and choosing "Chase Pay" from the side menu. You can also call the number on the back of your card.

What are Chase Offers?

Chase Offers are available in both Chase Pay and the Chase Mobile app. These offers are specifically chosen for each of your credit cards and work with or without Chase Pay. When these offers are available, you'll see them in the "Offers" section of the app under "Chase Offers."

If I have more than one card, are my Chase Offers the same across all of my cards?

No, your Chase Offers are specifically chosen for each of your cards. When you add an offer to one of your cards, you must use that same card to redeem the offer. For example, if you add an offer to your Chase Freedom card, you must use your Freedom card to redeem that offer. Check the offer details for more info.

How do I earn statement credits with Chase Offers?

You'll earn a statement credit 7 to 14 business days after you use your card at the specific merchant or brand and meet all of the requirements outlined in the offer details.

What if I used one of my Chase Offers but didn't receive a statement credit?

There are a few reasons you might not have received a statement credit for the offer you used:

  • The offer wasn't added to your card. 
  • The offer expired. Check your expired offers in the "Manage" section for details.
  • You didn't use the same Chase card. Chase Offers are specific to each card you have with Chase.
  • You haven't met the offer requirements. Check the "My Offers" tab in ""Manage"" to review the offer details.

How do I use my offers?
