We automatically assign a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your account when you're approved for a Chase credit card. You'll receive your PIN by mail after we've sent your new credit card. To request a PIN, please call the number on the back of your card.
To change your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can call 1-800-297-4970 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and follow the instructions provided by the automated system.
