How do I refer my friends via my personalized link?
After you have entered in your information and have logged in, click the "Copy" button and share your unique URL with friends. Your friends must apply via the link you provide them.  If the link is mis-copied in any way, you will not receive credit for the referral.  By sending this link via text message, you confirm that you have consent to send text messages to each recipient.   

How do I refer my friends via email?
After you have entered in your information and logged in, click "or Email friends" and then enter the First Name and Email Address for the friends that you would like to refer. Once you have filled in the required information, click "Submit" and we will have an email sent to your friends within 7 business days.

Can I refer my friends via the Chase Mobile App?
Yes. After you log on to the app, scroll to find your Chase card and tap the card. Next, scroll down and tap "Refer friends" on the screen. Finally, you can choose your method of invitation.

How many friends can I refer?
You can invite as many friends as you want during the referral period. You can receive rewards for each friend who is approved by the offer deadline. There is a maximum rewards cap for each of our "Refer-A-Friend" offers per calendar year. That cap will be shown on the offer page that you are directed to after successfully inputting your name, zip code and last 4 digits of your card.

If my friend applies another way, will I receive credit for the invitation?
No. Your friend must apply through the links in the email, or personalized link in order for you to receive credit.  By sending this link via text message, you confirm that you have consent to send text messages to each recipient.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can invite?
A maximum of 25 email invitations may be sent in any 24-hour period. You can also reach your friends quicker by sharing your personalized link.  By sending this link via text message, you confirm that you have consent to send text messages to each recipient.

Will Chase tell me when my friends apply for the card?
Due to the confidential nature of the credit approval process, we cannot disclose information on who has applied, nor will you be notified whether we approve or decline any applications from the friends you invite.

How quickly will my friend receive my email?
Your friend will receive your email within one week. You can reach your friends quicker by sharing your personalized link.

Will all of my invited friends receive an email?
If your friend already has the Chase card that you are referring, is on our email opt-out list, or if the email address you provided is incorrect or no longer valid, your friend may not receive the email. If these reasons do not apply to the friend you referred, please have your friend check their spam folder.

Will you use my friends' email addresses to solicit them for other products and services from Chase?
No. We will only use your friends' email addresses in order to send them this offer for the Chase credit card that you refer. 

How much can I earn through this promotion?
There is a maximum rewards cap for each of our "Refer-A-Friend" offers. That cap will be shown on the offer page you will be directed to after inputting your name, zip code, and last 4 digits of your card on this page.  You can earn rewards up to the stated cap for each product's offer.

When will I receive my rewards?
Please allow up to 8 weeks after each new cardmember's account approval for the bonus cash back to be posted in your account.

How will I know that I received my rewards?
Your bonus will appear on your statement. It will be listed as a "Refer-A-Friend" bonus.

What if I have more than one Chase card that is part of a current Refer-A-Friend promotion??
Separately, you will need to visit each participating card's Refer-A-Friend page and send your referrals from their respective product pages.  You cannot refer multiple cards from the same page.
