Narrator:
Managing your mortgage can sometimes bring unexpected changes—like an escrow shortage, that's why we offer flexible solutions to help you stay on track.
In this video, we'll walk you through three ways to handle a shortage, so you can choose the option that fits your budget and keeps you confident in your homeownership.

Text says: Let's look at 3 flexible ways to handle your shortage
Narrator:
When there's a shortage, you have three flexible ways to handle it—so you can choose what fits your budget best:
- Option 1: Spread the shortage over 12 months. Your monthly payment increases to cover both the shortage and the higher future costs. No large payment upfront—just an increase each month.
- Option 2: Pay the full shortage amount today. This covers what we've already paid on your behalf, but your monthly payment will still go up to account for the higher bills in the future.
- Option 3: Pay part of the shortage now and spread the rest over your 12 monthly payments.

Text reads: Choose how much to pay now and spread the rest to your monthly payment
Narrator:
You decide how much to pay upfront, and we'll add the remainder to your monthly payment—along with the increase needed for your higher future bills.
This way, your monthly payment covers both the shortage and the updated costs.
