Set up automatic mortgage payments from any bank.

It's easy. Pay your mortgage anytime, anywhere, and from any bank.

To start, Sign in to your Chase account.

Set up automatic mortgage payments from your dashboard one of two ways...

If you have one mortgage account, select "Set-up."

Don't see your bank? Try searching for it then select "Next."

To allow Chase access to your non-Chase account, review and accept to the terms.

Select "Next."

Enter your non-Chase bank account username and password.

Select "Submit."

Select the non-Chase account you prefer to make payments from.

Give it a nickname and select "Next."

The cursor enters the information, clicks on the "Next" button and then a verification box appears. The box is labeled "Does everything look OK?" and shows two buttons marked "Back" and "Next."

Make sure everything is correct and click "Next."

The cursor clicks on the "Next" button and then a confirmation box appears. The box is labeled "You're verified and added this external account."

Select the "Add account manually" option instead.

Review and select the terms, then select "Send Trial Deposits."

(Note trial deposits take 1 to 2 days to complete.)

Now, the dashboard appears.

After the deposits hit your account, you'll need to verify them.

First, go to "Pay & Transfer" and select "Pay Bills."

Then, under "Settings" select "Manage pay-from accounts."

Enter the two deposits you received and select "Verify deposits."

The cursor fills in the "amounts" fields and then clicks the button marked "Verify deposits."

Now a page appears labeled "Set up automatic payments."

Your non-Chase account will now appear in the "Pay from" drop-down. Select it.

Select the frequency of your non-Chase account payments.

Then select a "For payment due" date, a payment date, and enter in any additional principal to be paid if needed.

Select "Next."

The cursor clicks on the button marked "Next" and then a verification page appears, reading "Does everything look OK?"
