Lost or misplaced your card? It's easy to instantly stop purchases or cash advances on your card from the Chase Mobile app.

Sign in to your Chase Mobile app. Credit Card: Select the credit card you want to lock or unlock. Debit Card: Select the checking account your debit card is tied to.
