A Decision Summary dashboard appears and the computer moves aside.

Matrix joins Deal Refresh giving you two digital tools to restructure deals online 24/7.
On screen:
A list appears as a green cursor moves across the computer screen.

Select Click here to see options.
On screen:
The cursor clicks the link highlighted in a red box and a table appears.

View the original structure and review already approved options.
On screen:
The green cursor moves around the screen as bullet points appear:
- Original Structure;
- (and) Interact with Alternate Deal Options.
- Utilize drop downs to filter by down payment or term;
- Select column headers to sort by term, amount, rate, etc.;
- (and) Click Link Dealer Payout info for payouts.
On screen:
The green cursor clicks the link and a box appears with Dealer Payout info.
On screen:
View dealer reserve payout amount by different mark-up options.
On screen:
Three bullet points appear:
- Mark-up options;
- Payouts by mark-up amount;
- (and) Click "X" to go back to deal options.
On screen:
The cursor clicks the X to return to the options table.
On screen:
Up to 30 different structures are available.
On screen:
Two bullet points appear:
- Click through pages to view all available options;
- (and) Select the option that works best and click Accept.
On screen:
You must click Accept to use an alternative deal structure.
On screen:
The green cursor clicks Accept and a box appears comparing the current structure to the new structure.
On screen:
Review your selection and select OK to confirm. You must click OK on this screen for the structure to update.
On screen:
The green cursor clicks "OK," and returns to the Deal Manager page.
On screen:
Now that you've accepted the new structure a duplicate application is created with the new structure applied.
On screen:
Text appears beside a Chase button with a green Up arrow.
On screen:
- New structure is approved. (More text appears beside another Chase button:)
- Original application is withdrawn.
You've successfully used the Matrix. You can always go back into the application and use Matrix or Deal Refresh to make changes. If you are done modifying the structure you can move directly to eContracting.

The view zooms into the computer screen, which turns blue as a hexagonal logo appears:
