ESOP Advisory Group
Ginny Saloom is a vice president of the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Advisory Group. She advises on ESOP transactions that provide liquidity and ownership transitions for privately held companies.
Ginny joined the ESOP Advisory Group at Chase in 2011. She brings over five years of valuation advisory and investment banking experience specializing in providing business valuations for public and private companies in the context of board advisory engagements, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, and ESOP/ERISA engagements. Ginny has advised boards of directors, independent fiduciaries, shareholders, and management on a variety of corporate finance and valuation issues for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, stock purchases and plans on financing, and other general corporate and tax-related purposes.
Ginny received a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University and holds Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wake Forest University. She is licensed by FINRA with a Series 7 and Series 63.
Ginny is an active member of the ESOP Association headquartered in Washington, D.C, and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
