Online Administration Tools
Your time is important. Making changes to your online banking profile should be fast and easy. With our online administration tools, you can update your Chase Commercial OnlineSM profile and grant account access to other authorized users.
Access and Security Manager allows you to delegate cash management tasks while still maintaining the control you need. You can set up multiple users with unique User IDs and Passwords, set user controls to limit transaction capabilities, require transaction approvals or allow users to see and/or use accounts.

To help reduce your risk of fraud, System Administrators can enable Chase Dual Control. When any of your company's Chase Commercial Online users, including System Administrators, schedule a transaction, a different user will need to approve it. Once activated, Chase Dual Control applies to all of the accounts you see through Chase Commercial Online, and all transactions submitted using most Chase Commercial Online services. The Customer Center allows you to update your profile online, anytime.
- Access the Secure Message Center to send us a message about your accounts, or read important information about your profile.
- Stay informed about your account activity by setting up Account Alerts. We can let you know that a check has cleared, funds are low, bill payments have been processed and more.
