How do I enroll in paperless statements?

To enroll in paperless statements:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the paperless icon at the top of the My Accounts page.
  3. On the Update Preferences page, select Paperless for your auto account, read the information below and click I CONSENT to complete the process.

If you don't already have a user ID and password, you will need to create them by clicking on Set Up Online Access.

How do I enroll in account alerts?

To enroll in account alerts:*

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. On the My Accounts page, select Account Alerts at the top of the My Accounts page.
  3. From the drop-down menu, using Alerts Available For, select your auto loan and click Show.
  4. To schedule an alert, choose a nickname of the corresponding delivery profile where you want to receive the alert, then complete the required fields and click Update Alerts.
  5. To add a new delivery profile, click See Delivery Profiles under "I'd like to..." in the right-hand column on this page. Then, click on the appropriate delivery profile you'd like to add from the available buttons.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours before your changes will take effect.

*Account Alerts: There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations.

How do I turn off account alerts?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. On the My Accounts page, select Account Alerts at the top of the My Accounts page.
  3. From the drop-down menu, using Alerts Available For, select your auto loan and click Show.
  4. Deselect the alerts you no longer wish to receive and click Update Alerts.

How do I take advantage of Chase Mobile®?

You can take advantage of Chase Mobile* in two convenient ways:

  1. Visit Chase.com using your mobile phone's browser and log in.
  2. Get the free Chase Mobile App from your device's mobile app store.

If you don't already have a user ID and password, you will need to create them by clicking on Set Up Online Access.
