Dealer and consumer assistance

In addition to helping dealers access CARES Act funds, the assistance we’ve offered to eligible dealer commercial services clients has included payment deferrals on certain loans and line of credit notes, and waived curtailment payments on new and used inventory.

We’re helping consumers by waiving late and non-sufficient funds fees, extending loans and leases, and providing improved digital service capabilities. Customers can visit www.chase.com/autofinanceassistance for more information. We also continue to operate our underwriting and funding groups to facilitate car sales.

To find up-to-date hours for an open branch or ATM, go to the Chase Mobile® app or chase.com/branch. Our branches are open, but to help protect you and our employees, we’ve been temporarily adjusting hours, changing procedures and closing some locations.

We’re in this together

These are extraordinary times that we face as an industry, and within our communities and individual families. Our dedicated employees are working to provide you with the assistance that you need now, with an eye toward the end of the coronavirus pandemic. We'll be here every step of that journey to work with you.

At a corporate level, JPMorgan Chase announced on March 18, 2020, a $50 million global philanthropic commitment to address the immediate public health and long-term economic challenges from the COVID-19 global pandemic.

We’ll continue to use the firm’s expertise and resources to support our customers, employees and communities.
