Just report the disputed items within 60 days of the date listed on the statement showing the unauthorized transaction. Certain limitations apply. See your deposit account agreement for details.
If we notice unusual activity with your accounts, we'll send you an Alert in just minutes. Set up the Alerts you'd like to receive ahead of time, and
when a transaction triggers the limits you've set, we'll notify you.
To notify Chase about an unauthorized transaction, please call Telephone Banking at 1-800-CHASE38 (1-800-242-7338). Or, visit a Chase branch and complete our Debit Card Statement of Dispute. We’ll credit your account by the end of the next business day as we resolve the unauthorized transaction dispute. Final credit to your account is subject to verification.
