participating in Commuter Cash from Chase!
Our promotion has ended as of March 31,
2008. We are happy to report that
between January 1 and March 31, 2008, thousands of Chase customers
have earned cash back just for going back and forth in New York
City – thanks to using their Chase cards!
If you enrolled your Chase card(s) and have met the program’s purchase
requirements* – for credit card customers, your statement credit will
be posted by May 31, 2008. For debit card customers, your “NYC Commuter
Cash Promotion Chase Award” will be automatically credited into
your corresponding Chase checking account by May 31, 2008.
Thanks again for using your Chase card everywhere you go, especially
in New York City!
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- This was an exclusive offer for Chase Debit and Credit Card
customers.
- Your Chase card(s) must have been enrolled in the program
by March 31, 2008.
- Each enrolled card must have met the $150 minimum non-PIN
purchase spend at MetroCard Vending Machines and New York City
Yellow Cabs by March 31, 2008.
- Purchases at Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North vending
machines do not qualify for this promotion.
- You may not combine spend on multiple cards; each enrolled
card must have $150 in qualifying purchases in order to be eligible
for an award.
- There is no limit to how much you can earn with this promotion
as long as the minimum $150 was:
(1) Spent with an enrolled Chase card. (2) Spent at MetroCard
Vending Machines and New York City Yellow Cabs ONLY. (3) Processed
as a qualifying purchase* between January 1 and March 31, 2008.
*Your Chase account must be open and in
good standing at the time of fulfillment in order for you to get
your credit.

*Qualifying
purchases made with your Chase Debit Card or Chase Credit Card that earn
cash back include non-PIN and contactless debit and credit card payments
authorized through the Visa or MasterCard processing systems for purchases
made at MetroCard Vending Machines and at New York City Yellow Cab payment
terminals inside New York City Yellow Cabs. Chase reserves the sole right
to make determinations of Commuter Cash qualifying purchases for the purpose
of fulfilling the cash back reward of this promotion. Only purchases made
from January 1 through March 31, 2008, with the registered Chase Debit
Card or Chase Credit Card will be considered for this promotion. For credit
card customers, look for a statement credit posted by May 31, 2008. For debit
card customers, look for your “NYC Commuter Cash Promotion Chase Award”
by May 31, 2008. Your account must be open and in good standing at time of
